I personally don't even look at the challenges...however, i think they do them to get quick XP and level up quicker. If they threw in penalties for death (maybe some sort of negative XP) i think players would be more careful.
Thats the conclusion i came up with. I'm just wondering why the games haven't turned to that yet. The reckless game play and strategy is an epidemic in the game. I feel like i'm playing with retards.

Way, way, way too much money for what you get. I was hoping they would release a simple, thinner laptop that was going to be cheap and finally compete with Dell/Gateway/HP

I like the buttons as well and Apple knows that you still need to design for the LCD (Lowest Common Denominator) purchasing the product.

The expense is enormous (retail: 32GB SSD $250, 64GB SSD $1500 vs. $150 for a 2.5″ 250GB SATA hard drive)
for apple, however, costs are substantially less for flash memory.
with the amount of memory they purchase, they are about the only company that can introduce this at a respectable price, imo.

If Apple wants $9.99 from me for a movie, it better be at least 480p or better quality. I'm not spending ten bucks on a iPod quality movie. Speaking of home entertainment system /computer convergence, why can't they put a DVR in Mac mini that interfaces with the iTMS? Why can't Apple make a deal with Sony and put OS X on PS3? Why do we not have a iPod HiFi with Airport Express built-in? Finally why DOESN'T the Apple 30'' *HD* display have HDCP already?!?! Oh yea, what's holding up UDI anyway? Why is convergence moving so slowly? :rolleyes:

When I first saw OSX I was blown away :D and looking though my geek pics found a screen shot from my G4 Cube in cannot remember if the screenshot from 2001 was 10.0 or 10.1 as that cube came with OS9 and had them both 10 beta and 10.1 installed, anyway though I would share a screenshot of my desktop now and then then :D

Can anyone remember the name of the iTunes player in the pic from 2001? it had LOADS of skins and the particular one in the pic! used to sink into the desktop when you clicked the screen or on another program, does anyone know if they brought it back to life? I miss that player SOOOOO MUCHHHHH :(

Apple also purposely leaves out things in their devices (iPad, iPhone) so that they can make tons of money off it, release a new device with all the features they left out and make a ton of money off that too...

i pay $130aus a month ($~110 US) for 50GB of downloads! (adsl2+). at least i hit the speeds.

Yes I'm on cable, I did have dsl a couple of years ago but the company couldn't offer anything faster than 10gb/s at a higher price.

I think this is original case of the forthcoming iphone, if you guys look at all apple products, they all are aluminum. And i strongly believe that the new iphone will also be aluminum. This one looks sexy.........

They won't make Lion "uninstallable" on it. But it might be "unbearable" for all but the most casual of users. ;)

Hmm, a lot of new white UI elements(this and Quick Look). I wouldn't be surprised if Apple started offering Macs with a white bezel option.
